This 5 Inch wool cutting pad combined with a cutting compound will cut through oxidization, swirl marks, scuffs and more. The Velcro can make it easy to switch out pads. Can be used on rotary and random orbital machines. This medium cut will have the effect of removing 1500 grit scratches and marks.
